Nick has made a name for himself in Toronto's Wine Community over the last few years as the Sommelier at Peter Pan Bistro and Peter Pantry, where he leads a passionate team of wine people.

He is committed to creating an environment where wine feels accessible and free of gate-keeping. He loves meeting new wine people, from winemakers to sommeliers, and especially wine nerds who love geeking out about dornfelder or falanghina.

Nick is certified with the Court of Master Sommeliers where he was awarded the Walter Clore Scholarship for scoring highest in his exam. He is currently pursuing his Advanced Certification as well as studying Sake in his 'spare' time.

I am currently working in an amazing alcoholic beverage company and I am also taking part time Seneca program for Supply Chain Management. I'm still new to the industry (just one year and five months) but I am always eager to learn to improve my skills and knowledge as well as build more connections.

I am a recent CAPS and WSET Diploma graduate. I am hoping to find a job in wine education, which is my passion. In the meantime, I am looking to get involved in the CAPS Manitoba Chapter to do my part to spread wine culture!

I've worked with selling Italian wines/amaros/grappas before and the small winemakers inspired me to search for more biodynamic farming and wine making. I have also studied Microbiology and Oceanography so biogeochemical processes in water and soils interest me. Climate change is affecting vineyards as well as all facets of the wine industry and I want to understand it all more while promoting all wineries here in BC as well as abroad that support these values. I am now in charge of the wine program at a monthly dinner series so I have developed more confidence in talking about wineries and types of wines.

I’m a talent person of color male looking to broaden my experiences and skills in a new creative area. I have experiences with fine dining, bar tending and serving. I studied wines. I would love to learn more and challenge myself.

I have over 7 years of experience in sales and client relations and I’ve recently made a transition into the wine industry, having completed a harvest at the Jackson-Triggs Winery in Niagara, and currently enrolled into the WSET Level 3 course. After gaining hands on experience in the production of wine, I’m now looking to pursue a role within the sales side of the industry.

I'm a Bartender and Wine Seller in London, Ontario. I have 5 years of experience in the food/beverage industry and look forward to developing my wine education further. Hoping to get my WSET2 in 2022!

I am an Ontario Certified Teacher who is simply a wine enthusiast. I have had an interest in wine for several years. I began collecting and investing in wine a couple years ago. As a result of the pandemic, time slowed down during my busy lifestyle, and I had an opportunity to embark on some learning and I hope to continue on this journey! One day I aspire to become a Sommelier.
